Sesame Ginger Chicken Ramen Soup


For a little more heat, add a few crushed red pepper flakes or hot sauce to this satisfying, flavorful soup. Serve with canned Mandarin orange segments and pineapple chunks.

COOK TIME: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

1 pkg (3 ounces) chicken-flavored ramen noodle soup
6 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded Rotisserie Chicken
1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 cup finely sliced green onions

Directions

	Step 1: Break noodles apart into a large saucepan. Add the seasoning packet, chicken broth, chicken, vegetables, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, over high heat.

	Step 2: Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally to break up the noodles, for 5 minutes.

	Step 3: Sprinkle each serving with green onion.
